Description

Cement Test Equipment 1 inch 4 gang cylinder molds are made in accordance to API Specification 10. The molds may be used in pressurized or non-pressurized curing chambers or baths. The molds are cast and machined from high quality brass in the USA. Noncorrosive, stainless steel bolts are ultra-durable and will last a long time with proper handling and maintenance. Each set of molds produces four 1 inch diameter, 1 inch long cylindrical specimens. Each set contains two halves, a top and a bottom plate which can be disassembled after a test, cleaned and then reassembled. Thin grooves are milled onto one side of the top plate to allow fluid pressure penetration into the specimen. The molds are designed primarily to lay flat however the top plate may be turned over to block fluid penetration into the sample allowing the molds to be oriented in any direction without cement pouring out. Optional stainless steel bucket available for water/oil separation testing requirements. These 1 inch diameter molds are used to produce cement samples for our M3020 Permeameter.
